Application Form

You are welcome to apply for the 2026-2027 academic year using the form below. Initial applications for preK through 10th grade, including Montessori, the K-8 hybrid academy, and Chesterton Academy, can be made using this form. Applicants to Chesterton Academy will be contacted to submit statements by applicants and their parents, report cards, and a writing sample. The registration fee is waived for those who apply by March 19th!
