Application Form

We will begin accepting applications for the 2026-2027 academic school year on December 1st, 2025. The application form will become visible on that date. Initial applications for Montessori through 9th grade can be made using that form. Applicants to Chesterton Academy will be contacted to submit statements by applicants and their parents, report cards, a writing sample, and scores from the High School Proficiency Test (“HSPT”) given at the school.
